Internships are professional experiences that students participate in to gain professional skills and experiences. Internships are structured as learning experiences that combine in-class theory with real-world applications.
All College of Business students are required to complete an internship or co-op before graduation.
Starting with the class admitted to the College of Business in Fall 2008, all students will be required to take BUS 492 (internship course) for 0-3 credits, 442 for 1-3 credits or complete BUS 300, the professional experience requirement.
For an organization, a College of Business intern can be a great asset. They can fill an immediate need or work on a project that has been on the back-burner for years. Please click on Employer Information to learn more about hosting a UW Oshkosh College of Business intern.
