Holly Brenner

Holly earned her bachelor's degree in marketing, human resources and entrepreneurship in 1998 from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. She is currently an MBA student with UW Oshkosh.

She is the regional sales and marketing manager for DYNAMIC, a company with an extremely broad portfolio of creative enhancement and printing capabilities.

Holly has been involved with the UW Oshkosh College of Business Alumni Association for several years. She also serves on the Women's Fund, participates in Toastmasters International and moonlights as a marketing consultant for small local businesses.

Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1993. In the Spring of 2007 he earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from UW-Oshkosh. With over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, Matt has taken on roles in management and engineering and is currently employed as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with Mercury Marine in Fond du Lac, WI.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Chapter of the Chemical Coaters Industry Association and served as the Chapter's President 1996-97. Matt is also active in Cub Scouting and St. Raphael's Catholic Parish, Oshkosh.

Matt, his wife Kelly (also a UW Oshkosh alum) and their son, Jacob, reside in Oshkosh and believe that the university is an important asset to the Oshkosh community. He looks forward to helping the board further in developing relationships between the College of Business, the community and local alumni.

Kathy Fredrickson

UW Oshkosh College of Business

Kathy Fredrickson is the director of development and marketing for UW Oshkosh College of Business. In her role at the College, Kathy is responsible for increasing alumni involvement and support, specifically through the Business Titan Society. She is also responsible for developing the brand for the College and its MBA Program.

Kathy is also a small business consultant, serving the marketing, branding, media and public relations needs for her clients.

Kathy has a bachelor of business administration degree in marketing from UW Whitewater and a master of business administration degree from UW Oshkosh. She serves as an adjunct professor for the College of Business and the Department of Journalism. She is past President for Sales and Marketing Executives of Northeast Wisconsin and past President of the College of Business Alumni Board. Since 1999, she has shared her marketing insights with the general public as a guest MarketSmart columnist for the Appleton Post Crescent.

Nick Hanford

Adaptive Technology Resources, Cedarburg

Nick received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2003 and is currently pursuing his MBA. He has three years of computer consulting experience, including one year of work as an independent financial consultant.

Nick is an Assistant Manager for Adaptive Technology Resources, a computer consulting firm in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. He is involved with Propel and the UW Oshkosh College of Business Alumni Association.

Earning one degree from UW Oshkosh and working on a second prompted Nick's avid support of the University and make him want to do whatever he can to be involved.



Amy Johnson

Miller Electric,
Appleton

Amy received her bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Finance in December 2003 from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. She has over two years experience in Human Resources during her time as a Consultant and in her current position as a Generalist. Amy also passed the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) exam in June 2004.

Amy currently works for Miller Electric, Appleton.

Amy has served on the UW Oshkosh College of Business Alumni Board since 2005.

Richard Marshall

Richard received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Human Resources) and Communications (Radio/TV/Film) in 1995 graduating cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. He has spent the last 11 years working in the Human Resources profession.


Rich is heavily involved in outside activities. He is a certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society of Human Resource Management and is involved with both the local and national SHRM affiliates. In addition, Rich has served as President of the Wisconsin-Association of Colleges and Employers (WI-ACE) in 2003 and 2005 and currently serves as President of the UW Oshkosh College of Business Alumni Association.

Kristin received her bachelor's degree in human resource management in 2003 and is currently pursuing her master's of business administration degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with plans to graduate in December 2006. She has two years of human resources experience, including roles as a campus recruiter and an employment specialist and has pursued her certification in human resources or PHR.


She is involved with Propel, a young professionals group in Oshkosh, the Fox Valley SHRM chapter, and the UW Oshkosh College of Business Alumni Association.

Melissa Maxfield Pezzuto

Melissa is a May 2004 graduate with a double major in Economics and Finance with an emphasis in legal studies. Since graduation she has been employed at Principal Financial Group in Appleton. Her current role involves the administration of Employee Stock Ownership Plans.

As a College of Business student, Melissa was president of the Finance Club and a portfolio manager for the Student Managed Investment Fund. In her senior year, she was the recipient of the Milwaukee Chapter of the Financial Executives International Outstanding Senior award.

Her passion to help her alma matter is what prompted Melissa to become a member of the College of Business Alumni Board. She is also a member of the Oshkosh Jaycees Club and Junior Achievement.

Craig received his bachelor's degree in finance in 1996 and his masters of business administration degree in 2004 from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. He has nine years of commercial banking experience, including roles as a commercial banking officer and a treasury management officer.

Craig is an independent representative for Watermark Financial Services, Inc., financial advising firm based in Appleton. He is involved with Junior Achievement, the Appleton Police Department, and the UW Oshkosh College of Business Alumni Association. He resides in Appleton with wife and a highly energetic 3-year old son.

Earning two degrees from UW Oshkosh prompted Craig's avid support of the University and desire to help it achieve the recognition it deserves.

Heidi Reinke
Heidi Reinke

Tracy Porter, Ripon

Heidi earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. She also earned an emphasis in Financial Services, an emphasis in Entrepreneurship, a minor in Journalism, and a minor in Radio/TV/Film. Heidi was the president of Pi Sigma Epsilon - formerly the marketing club at UW Oshkosh, which is now affiliated with the American Marketing Association. She was also the recipient of the College of Business Alumni Association Scholarship in 2001. While attending UW Oshkosh, Heidi was an Honors Intern at the Center for Community Partnerships (CCP).

Heidi is currently employed by Tracy Porter, Ripon WI.

In addition to being the Secretary for the Alumni Association Board of Directors, Heidi is a member of the Oshkosh chapter of Women in Management and is a volunteer with the Oshkosh Community Foundation's Women's Fund.

Katie Sasse

Katie earned her bachelor's degrees in Finance and French at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2005.  She is currently working as an Executive Team Leader in Human Resources for Target Corporation stores in Milwaukee.

During her time at UW Oshkosh, Katie was President of the University Honors Student Association and a COB Ambassador.  Being involved with the University and the College of Business as an undergraduate has prompted her to stay connected and continue giving back as a CBAA board member.

Barbara Nett-Schrage

Barbara Nett-Schrage graduated from UW Oshkosh in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Recreation Administration with minors in Business Administration and Physical Therapy. She also obtained her MBA degree from UW Oshkosh in 1999.

Barb belongs to the Oshkosh Friday Morning Rotary, is Conference Chairperson for the Fox Valley Chapter of Wild Ones, a group that promotes natural landscaping using native plants, is a member of Women in Management, and a member of the College of Business Alumni Association.

Barb is a financial advisor with Schrage Financial Group, a company she founded in 2006. Barb is NASD licensed to sell stocks, bonds, mutual funds and variable annuities. She is also licensed in Wisconsin and several other states to sell life, health and annuity products. Barb holds a LEAP license that allows her to provide powerful financial strategies to maximize security and wealth for her clients and their families as well as to businesses. A lifetime learner, Barb is currently pursuing her Certified LEAP Planner (CLP) certification.

Karen is a College of Business Student Ambassador currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Operations Management, Human Resources and Finance with a legal emphasis. She plans on graduating in May 2009.
Karen has received the Excellence in Leadership Award and was a Scholarship recipient from the National Society of Leadership and Success. Karen is the current President of the Non-Traditional Student Organization. Furthermore, she looks forward to becoming more involved with the Alumni Association, COB Ambassadors, Student APICS, and SHRM Chapters in the coming school year.
