Real Estate Emphasis (9 credits)
(requires an approved Business major)
This emphasis will provide students with knowledge of the financing, ownership,
use, management, control, valuation, disposition, and legal aspects of real
estate. Open to all business majors.
Required courses:
- Business: BUS 326
- Plus any two of the following
- Business: BUS 321*, 338**
- Urban & Regional Studies: URB/REG 300/500, 317/517, 320/520, 360
* for accounting majors only, BUS 321 may not count as part of the real estate emphasis; rather BUS 422 may be used as a substitute elective for the emphasis
** this course cannot count or both a finance major and a real estate emphasis
